Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard at barossanursery.com.au/wp-admin/ and head to Products > All Products in the main left-hand menu. Click Add New Product at the top of the page.

In the main editor, type your event title in the Product Name field. Scroll down to the Product Data box to enter the ticket price under Regular Price ($). Next, select the Inventory tab on the left side of that same box, check the Stock Management option, and enter your total ticket capacity in the Quantity field (for example, 25).

Before publishing, add a visual to the listing by locating the Product Image module on the right side of your screen. Click Set product image, choose your event graphic from the Media Library, and confirm the selection. Finally, check the Events category box under Product Categories on the right panel, then hit the blue Publish button to make the ticket live.

Once the product is published, look near the top of the editor page just under the Product Name field to find the Permalink (the live URL for your new ticket). Right-click this link and select Copy Link Address (or open the link in a new tab and copy the full web address from your browser bar).

Now that your ticket product is active, select Events from the main left-hand WordPress menu. Find the event you want to attach the ticket to and click Edit.

Scroll down until you see the Ticket URL field. Clear out any existing text or placeholder links in that field and replace it with the direct link to your newly created product page. Once that’s pasted in, click Update on the right side of the page to save your changes.
