How to Invite Someone to Your Facebook Business Portfolio

We know navigating Meta Business Suite can sometimes feel complicated, so we’ve broken it down into an easy, step-by-step guide.

First, you need to log into the business backend.

Navigate to business.facebook.com

Click on the name of your Business Portfolio in the top left corner to ensure you are in the right account.

Click on the settings icon (the gear symbol) next to your portfolio name.

Note: You may be asked to enter a Two-factor authentication code sent to your phone for security. If so, enter the code and click Confirm.

Once you are in your settings, it is time to send the invite.

Locate and click the Invite people button in the top right corner.

Click the Email address field.

Type the email address of the person you would like to invite.

Click Next to proceed.

You will see options for access levels (like Full Control); simply click Next to continue to asset selection.

Now you get to choose exactly what this person can see and do.

Select the assets you want them to access (for example, your Facebook Page or Instagram account) from the list.

Select the permissions you would like them to have. You can toggle specific switches, such as “Content,” “Community activity,” or “Ads,” depending on their role.

Click Next.

Review your choices and click the Invite button.

To keep your account secure, Meta requires one final security check.

A prompt will appear saying “Almost done.” Click Verify account.

Select Send text to receive a confirmation code to your mobile number.

Enter the confirmation code you received on your phone.

Click Submit.

Once the info is submitted successfully, click Done.
