This guide will walk you through the process of exporting product information from an inventory spreadsheet and converting it into downloadable QR codes. This is the most efficient way to create QR codes in bulk for your online shop.

The first step is ensuring your Excel data is formatted correctly so the generator can read the product names and links.

• Open your Inventory File: Access your product spreadsheet (e.g., your Online Shop Excel file).
• Enter Product Name: Select cell A3, type the name of your product, and press Enter.
• Add Product URL: Select cell B2 and paste the base URL for your shop.
• Customize the Link: In cell B3, edit the URL to include the specific “product-name” slug so it points directly to that item. Press Enter.

The QR code generator requires a CSV (Comma Separated Values) format to process the data.

• Save as CSV: * Go to the File menu.
• Select Export.
• Click Download as CSV and save the file to your computer.

Now you will use the batch generator tool to turn your list into images.
