How to Create and Configure an Event Ticket in WooCommerce
Setting up a new event ticket in WooCommerce is straightforward once you know the sequence. You’ll first build the product ticket itself with pricing and inventory, and then link it back to your site’s main event listing.
Step 1: Create the Product Ticket
Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard at barossanursery.com.au/wp-admin/ and head to Products > All Products in the main left-hand menu. Click Add New Product at the top of the page.

In the main editor, type your event title in the Product Name field. Scroll down to the Product Data box to enter the ticket price under Regular Price ($). Next, select the Inventory tab on the left side of that same box, check the Stock Management option, and enter your total ticket capacity in the Quantity field (for example, 25).

Before publishing, add a visual to the listing by locating the Product Image module on the right side of your screen. Click Set product image, choose your event graphic from the Media Library, and confirm the selection. Finally, check the Events category box under Product Categories on the right panel, then hit the blue Publish button to make the ticket live.

Step 2: Grab the Product URL
Once the product is published, look near the top of the editor page just under the Product Name field to find the Permalink (the live URL for your new ticket). Right-click this link and select Copy Link Address (or open the link in a new tab and copy the full web address from your browser bar).
Step 3: Link the Ticket to Your Event Page
Now that your ticket product is active, select Events from the main left-hand WordPress menu. Find the event you want to attach the ticket to and click Edit.

Scroll down until you see the Ticket URL field. Clear out any existing text or placeholder links in that field and replace it with the direct link to your newly created product page. Once that’s pasted in, click Update on the right side of the page to save your changes.

How to Use AI to Uncover What’s Working (and What’s Not) on Your Social Media
Data is the closest thing to a superpower a marketer can have. It tells you exactly what your audience loves, what they ignore, and what makes them click.
But let’s be honest: staring at a massive spreadsheet of row-by-row social media metrics is enough to make anyone’s eyes glaze over.
Fortunately, you don’t need a degree in data science to find the gold nuggets hidden in your numbers. By combining the data inside Meta Business Suite with the processing power of AI, you can generate a personalized social media game plan for next month in less than 15 minutes.
Here is our step-by-step guide to exporting your Facebook and Instagram analytics and turning them into actionable AI feedback.
Export Your Data from Meta Business Suite
Before AI can analyze your content, you need to give it something to read. We are going to download your organic content history.
-
Log in to your Meta Business Suite and click on Insights in the left-hand menu.

-
Navigate to Content to see a full list of your recent posts, reels, and stories.

-
Set your date range to the previous calendar month (e.g., May 1st to May 31st) in the top-right corner.
-
Click the Export button (usually a small download icon or button near the top of your data table) and choose CSV or Excel format.

Pro Tip: Make sure your export includes core engagement metrics like Reach, Impressions, Link Clicks, Comments, Shares, and Saves.
Feed the Data to Your AI
Now that you have your spreadsheet ready, open up your AI assistant of choice (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini).
If you are using a version of AI that allows file uploads (look for a paperclip icon), simply upload your CSV or Excel file directly.
If your version doesn’t support file uploads, don’t sweat it! Open your spreadsheet, highlight the rows and columns of your data, copy them, and paste them directly into the text box.

Use the “Social Audit” Prompt
AI is only as good as the instructions you give it. If you just say “analyze this,” you’ll get a generic summary. To get deep, strategic feedback, copy and paste this exact prompt right alongside your data:
I have attached the marketing report for my social media posts for the last month. Can you add to my current marketing report. Summarise what is the highest performing posts, and see if you can identify what about those posts caused these posts to work. From this can you help develop a plan for the upcoming month for my business.
I would like to talk about the following topics. We should have roses arriving this month, we have entered winter so I would like to include some gardening tips for gardeners in the Brisbane area, I would like to promote indoor plants this month as people tend not to go outside.
I want these posts to use the same tone and lanaguage as my previous posts. Coming across friendly but also knowledgable about gardening in my local area.
Review Your AI Insights
Within seconds, the AI will digest your numbers and hand you an executive summary. Keep a close eye out for trends the AI flags, such as:
- The “Save” Factor: Did educational graphics get a ton of saves? That means your audience wants high-value, tactical tips.
- The “Share” Factor: Did relatable memes or behind-the-scenes content get shared more? Your audience loves authenticity.
- The Silent Drops: Did promotional “buy now” posts completely tank in reach? The AI will likely tell you to hide the sales pitch inside a value-driven video instead.
How To Make Your Own QR Codes
This guide will walk you through the process of exporting product information from an inventory spreadsheet and converting it into downloadable QR codes. This is the most efficient way to create QR codes in bulk for your online shop.
Prepare Your Spreadsheet Data
The first step is ensuring your Excel data is formatted correctly so the generator can read the product names and links.
- Open your Inventory File: Access your product spreadsheet (e.g., your Online Shop Excel file).
- Enter Product Name: Select cell A3, type the name of your product, and press Enter.
- Add Product URL: Select cell B2 and paste the base URL for your shop.
- Customize the Link: In cell B3, edit the URL to include the specific “product-name” slug so it points directly to that item. Press Enter.

Export to CSV
The QR code generator requires a CSV (Comma Separated Values) format to process the data.
- Save as CSV: * Go to the File menu.
- Select Export.
- Click Download as CSV and save the file to your computer.

Generate the QR Codes
Now you will use the batch generator tool to turn your list into images.
- Open the Generator: Open the Free QR Code Generator – Gro Australia tab in your browser.
- Upload your File: Click on the designated upload area and select the CSV file you just downloaded.
- Process: Click the Generate QR codes button. The system will process each row in your spreadsheet.
- Download: Once finished, click Download ZIP. This folder will contain all your individual QR code images, named according to your product list.
